I need to use a WebTEN server (which supposedly comes with PHP support) for Flash<->database connectivity. However, I heard that the WebTen server comes with limited PHP support (no database connectivity)..is this true? and if so, how can I enable database connectivity with PHP for a pre-OS X Mac?

I was wondering that myself not too long ago.

Could not really find anything reliable (not even webten).

The only 'real' solution I found was to run linux on my mac.

I'm not a linux buff, so no dice for me

I hear yellow dog and linux ppc are some of the best out there though.

    Hope this helps
