    Hi,

I haven't really been able to find the right forum for this, but this is what's it about; Im going to put up an international site, and before pushing myself with even more php3 stuff i want to know what is better; detect the timezone the user is currently in and calculate the right times for the forums/news using php3 or use only one timezone to prevent confusion.

I mean this site, what timezone does this site use?

I think second option is right."use only one timezone to prevent confusion".
