    OK, I've post this before but I really need some help guys. I think it's easy for you (not for me:> )
    Well,
    I've managed to get a simple authentication work using MySQL too. I just want when the php script finds that the password is correct to show a message like : "Password accepted" and then automatically to load a new page e.g. lesson.wml
    I hope u understand what I want. Any help is welcome here!!!

    If the password is correct output something like:

    <html>
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5; URL=http://www.blah.com">
    </head>
    <body>
    Password accepted; forwarding to http://www.blah.com in 5 seconds.
    </body>
    </html>

    So... Your desperate huh?

    here is a small code for you:
    $query = mysql_query("select * from users where user='$PHP_AUTH_USER' and pass='$PHP_AUTH_PASSWORD'");
    if(mysql_num_rows($query) > 0) {
    echo "good login";
    } else {
    echo "bad login";
    }

    hope this is what you mean.
