I want to parse a html file in order to retrieve all its links and put them in a table. Can someone please help me w/ the better way to do so ?

I probably would use fopen or fscockopen combined with regular expressions in PHP to parse the page, and pluck out anything with: '<ahref> </a>'.
Read a tutorial on them, there a little complicated to explain here, but a decent tutorial (at webmonkey or somewhere) will explain the process.
You can have it done in a few hours.
