    Pdf generation

Hi all im using ckeditor to write docs which are then stored in the DB. I then have a page where the document can be used (database outputted to php page) and I have a link on this page to download a PDF.

Im currently using TCPDF but am having problems with tables. There is no padding on the tables and they dont seem to be the correct width. Is this a common prob when creating pdf files? is there a workaround? thanks

    Hey,

There's a couple of solutions for you. One that you might want to try is Anything2PDF API which is available through The Easy API http://theeasyapi.com/docs/services/...t_anything2pdf.

You could also try: HTML2PDF http://html2fpdf.sourceforge.net/

There's a paid version which I really like and it's named: ABCPdf it's really pricey ($325 per server) but the output is phenomenal. http://www.websupergoo.com/purchase.htm#abcpdfnet

Either way you choose you will probably need to do some modifications to your page to make it work just right.

    Take care,
    Chad
