Is there a bundle that will work on RedHat 7?
I wanted to check first because I heard that the RH 7 rpm's dont work right.

Nope, but why use rpms? Get the source and compile yourself to get what you really want...
It's not that hard and there are plenty of guides telling you what to do if you hesitate about it.
At least that's my point of view.

compiling apache, php, mysql, etc can be daunting task for someone used to running RPMs...take a look at http://www.apachetoolbox.com/ and see if this could be of any help to you...this bundle automatically compiles php, apache, myqsl, and a whole bunch of apache modules from source and it takes a lot of the headache out of the compiling process...i agree with noXcus, though...try compiling source, you'll have much more control over your install than running RPMs...
