Allowing Users To Organize Posts or "Articles"

Hey guys, I am really hoping the someone can give me a hand here.

I am building a website that allows users to publish articles to our website itself, however I need the user to have the ability to be able to organize the posts into website sections. Here is an example.

The user on wordpress logs into their account and can create a new project. Once the project is created he can start making posts. The post within the project will be relevnent to the project title.

The user would be able to make as many projects as he wants.
Does anyone know of a plugin or method todo this? Ive been searching on Google for a few days and have proceeded to come up short of what I need.

    Thanks!

Wordpress has a categorization/tagging system that allows you to group related posts. At the simplest level that does exactly what you've described, although I suspect your requirements are probably greater.
