    What do you have so far? Are you aware of MySQL's "SHOW TABLES" command? Combine that with mysql_query() and substr() and you should be close.

    Well so far I have

    $query = mysql_query("SHOW TABLES FROM dbname LIKE 'accs%'") or die(mysql_error());
    $array = mysql_fetch_assoc($query);

    Now I need to display those tables in dropdown menu.

    the manual page for mysql_fetch_assoc shows you how to loop over a result set and print the fields. Print your fields inside <option> tags.
