pgsql/data directory in obsd 3.3

I installed PGSQL from the /usr/ports directory and now need to figure out how to start it, but like many things in OpenBSD, it didn't seem to install in /usr/local/pgsql/.

I need to figure where the data directory is or at least if I need to create it and then actully start the deamon.

okay I am going to sound competely dumb here, but are the postgress equalient of mysqladmin, safe_mysqld, and the mysql front end? (ie mysql -u -p)

because I need to get postgres up and running.
