Postgres Connection Error
Dear Sir/Madam,
On trying to upload a form into my database using my application I get the error:

SEVERE: Error in trying to obtain a connection. Retrying in 7000ms org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections
What exactly does this error refer to? What do I need to do to overcome this?
