Postgres data move help

Hi,

I am very new to postgres, but very experienced in oracle and sql server.
I have 350GB of databases (total 500) to be trasferred to another server.

source os : 2.6.18-348.el5
destination os: 2.6.32-279.9.1.el6

source postgres version: 9.0.3
destination postgres version: 9.0.11

what is the best way to copy databases to another server.
please guide.
