    That depends on the format of your backup:

    either:

    or

    http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/app-pgrestore.html

    i am using command like this but it doesnt work

    echo on
    "C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/9.2/bin/pg_restore.exe" -U "postgres" --dbname "Nordnetproduction" --no-password --list "C:\Nordnet_Backup\nordnet-Today.backup"
