Type Inheritance
As I know, in PostgreSQL table inheritance is available, but I'd like to have a type inheritance, such as in Oracle.
What I need is create a table with a supertype that can accepts objects of different types (specialization of the supertype). Is it possible to realize this in PostgreSQL in another way? Thanks |
