Windows on-click installer (32 bit) fails

Hi all,

The Windows one-click installer (32 bit) fails in random Windows 7 machines. It works smoothly in some machines, but fails in others. The failure seems to happen always in the script: "initcluster", and in the installation log we always have "permission denied" message.

We are installing the binaries under "Program files (x86)", but the data directory is always created under "programData".

In one of the machines we have debugged the script and found that it tries to write a temporary password file under "Program Files" and it fails there. there could be different issues also.

Anybody experiencing the same issues? and if so what fixes were applied?
