ActiveX controls in other compilers than MSVC++?

    Hi,

I wish to make my own browser using the ActiveX control that came in MSIE 3.

I'm using Bolrand C++, and have Dev-C++ installed, and can install any other free compiler if you point me to them, but I'm not up for buying MSVC++ at the moment.

Is there any way I can use the activeX control without MSVC++, with any other compiler or even with the existing ones I have?

Thanks in advanced for all your help, and even for taking the time to read this post. :)

    Regards,
    Someonewhois

Oh, and preferably in C, not MFC/C++, as I don't really know MFC. :p

    Thanks!
