Do you know what RTFM means? I am sure there is build documentation at sourceforge.

I asked the author of the code and he told me that use VC++, but appears me
c:\documents and settings\root\my documents\c code\sopa\main.cpp(22) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'SDL.h': No such file or directory
Error executing cl.exe.
main.obj - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)
What could be the Problem, and is there a way to compile in Linux with GCC?

they forgot the SDL.h header in the zip. If it is from the SDL and not a user created one.
Look in the readme SDL for a link to get it.
