Converting binary resource to its previous form

How can I open up a file that has been converted to a binary resource in a program (in other words, how can I convert the binary resource back to the form that it is before)?

Thank You for your help. But, I think it is not that related to what I wanted to do. Do you have any more information on my problem?

It is mentioned in the discussion which I sent to you.
You cannot create a source file index.cpp from index.exe
Through disassemblers you can have the assembly code for the exe but it is not possible to create exact source file which on compilation should give same exe file.

I dont know how far this will help you

I have not tried it how it works.
