    Slackware 10: building gcc 3.4.4

Trying quite hard to make install gcc-3.4.4 on a slackware ver. 10.0
I can't do a clean "configure, yet "make bootstrap" (or "make bootstrap4") and I don't go allong that well:

    make[2]: Entering directory `/tmp/gcc-3.4.4-obj/gcc'

    -o insn-attrtab.o

It is not that old programmers are any smarter or code better, it is just that they have made the same stupid mistake so many times that it is second nature to fix it.
