C++ in tandem with mysql book?

Is there a good book that uses C++ with mysql or some other database program similar to mysql so I can begin to program with random access databases?

Andy what OS are you going to be using? Paul DuBois book on MySQL 4.x has a nice chapter on C/MySQL programming. If you have an understanding of C/C++ you can pick up from the MySQL manual and get going as well.
