    how am i gonna do this in assembly?

    int hours=3600;
    float time=0.60;
    is this correct?

    That all depends on what assembler you are using. I suspect the floating-point number requires a different syntax, but you will have to check the manual to be sure.
    sub{*{$::{$_}}{CODE}==$_[0]&& print for(%:: )}->(\&Meh);
