I was searching on internet about it but I'm not sure exatcly what to do.
I found out that I need to include some code in my Program.csproj file.

When I open it it says
Code:
<Project xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/msbuild/2003">
  <PropertyGroup>
    <ProjectView>ShowAllFiles</ProjectView>
  </PropertyGroup>

</Project>
this is code which I would include.
Code:
<Reference
       Include="System, Version=1.0.66.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=41b332442f1101cc, processorArchitecture=MSIL"
         Condition=" '$(Platform)' == 'AnyCPU' ">
      <SpecificVersion>False</SpecificVersion>
      <HintPath>library\sqlite\x32\System.Data.SQLite.dll</HintPath>
      <Private>False</Private>
    </Reference>
    <Reference
         Include="System, Version=1.0.66.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=41b332442f1101cc, processorArchitecture=MSIL"
         Condition=" '$(Platform)' == 'x64' ">
      <SpecificVersion>False</SpecificVersion>
      <HintPath>library\sqlite\x64\System.Data.SQLite.DLL</HintPath>
</Reference>

But where to include it exactly?
Is it correct, Because I don't know what to write in this part
Code:
Include="System...
this is path where my dll is
Code:
C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects\Peegy\Peegy\library\sqlite\x64\System.Data.SQLite.DLL
csproj file is here
Code:
C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects\Peegy\Peegy\Peegy.csproj
