Looking For Experienced Programmers to Join My Team and Retire Early
I am looking for very experienced programmers to join my team. The project is a website with an entirely new and unique concept. It will include a video/voice/chat system much like Skype, a friend/message/newsfeed system much like Facebook, a merchant service, along with a few other features. All of this will be wrapped around the basis of learning. I have done my market research and I have my social proof, people like this concept, they will use this website. More information will be available upon request.
This is a team environment, we go in as a team and we succeed as a team. The profits will be split evenly among all team members, but until we become profitable we will be working for free.
Again, I am looking for experienced programmers only, ones who know the ins and outs of this kind of project, who know the kind of profits this can generate, and who are willing to work hard to get there.
Email any questions you have or, if you are interested, email me answering the following questions:
1. What is your history with coding?
2. What makes you the best fit for this project?
3. Do you have any coding samples you can show me?
4. Why do you want to join the team?

Emmm, how are we supposed to email you when you left us no email address to send email to?
Could maybe you tell us a bit about yourself (your professional experience in the field), and what your place will be in the team? Since you only specified a need for developers, i take that you'll do website design, or am i completely mistaken?
What does the team currently look like? Is it just you for the moment, or do you already have a big team and just need a couple of developers to fill some holes?
Payment is purely profit sharing, right? No equity, upfront or lump sum payment or anything the like?
Is this only a fulltime employment opportunity, or are weekend warriors also welcome? What about international developers?
Yeah, lots of questions, i apologize

No need to apologize. I was instructed to not include my email, a better way to have put it would be to private message me. Although, after your input I found out I am unable to PM so this will have to do for now.
I need a few more people to round out the team, a couple developers, one who is skilled with databases and PHP, and another web designer. I am talking to, but awaiting confirmation of, a developer/designer, another designer, and a programmer for the video/voice/chat system. That leaves me, I have 8 years of experience in business, I will be handling that side of things along with marketing.
This is a new project we are beginning and building from the ground up. Payment is purely profit sharing. We are also looking to get it built as quickly as possible, should only be a couple of months. As long as your schedule allows your part in the project to be accomplished, you are welcome.
Let me know of any other, specific questions you might have.
