Help Wanted - 2 way video chat

Hi there,

I'm planning to build a website which allows users to chat like chatroulette.com..

Is there a specific product (can flash or any other type of component) that I can buy (free is always better) and customize for this kind of purpose ? For instance two users should be able click on their names and start a video chat session.. Both of them should be able to see each other..
