adding a forum to my site

Ive added a forum to my site, i still need to make a few sligt changes to it but apart from them its pretty much up and ready to go.
My site last month had about 300 unique visits, which i dont think is too bad considering it was my 1st proper month, this month it has already reached 300 so it looks to be going well.

ANyway back to what i wanted, does anyone know how i can get my forum up and running with active members? Or would someone like to help me get it up and running - and help run it?
I cant pay but i can display your google ads on the forums so that any revenue will go to you (or we could discuss this in more details in private) I may also be able to put a link to your site (im hoping my main page will go to a PR of 5 in the next update (although it could be a 4)

My site has earnt enough to cover 6months hosting in 2 full months so it is earning money, its also getting hits so in theory it should be a success id just like some help getting it to be a success sooner rather than later

You need to have something to attract members to your forum.

What makes your site and forum unique?

i know that
nothing makes it unique but i can offer things that might make people more interested - such as rewards for being an active member etc, i really want help getting people that will be active to sign up as i know of 2/3 places where i can get people to sign up but thats about it

try what python does on devdreams with the forum dollars and store perhaps?

maybe, its not a bad idea, but i still need to get the people in the first place
