Adobe Photo SHop Team Needed

Ok, im ganna start an adobe photoshop website, but I need a team, heres wut I need:

2 web designers:1 that can make a spice and slice template and one that can code really well

as many banner/avatar/sig desiners as I can get

as many experts on adobe photo shop that I can get

tutoraial creaters(must have a good description and picture for each step)

a couple good flash designer

people who can design one or more of the following scripts: php, html, java script.
