Seeking Partners - Android Social App

I'm developing a concept for a new Android app. It has social media plugins and would integrate beautifully with Facebook and Twitter.

My experience includes:

PHP
MySQL
JAVA
HTML
Photoshop (UI + Wireframing)

I'm looking for about two developers who would be interested in working on the is project for no more than 1-3 hours a day. Hopefully we could get it done by New Years.
