I would like to know if people are creating tournament or ladder scripts that would be willing to help me out.

Start by searching. I did a search on this site for "tournament" and got 18 hits. Also, check out sourceforge and google.

Oh. So you're specifically looking for NON-finished scripts, not scripts that you might be able to use. <sarcasm>Makes sense to me. . .</sarcasm>

What's the difference to you if they are currently working on it or if it's already done? Either way, it'll either suit your needs or not, and then you'll either have to hack it yourself, pay someone to do it or beg. The state of completeness of the script has no bearing on the outcome, in my opinion.

Look around. I'm sure there's something on www.sf.net

nothing on sf.net will work on my host...or maybe teh scripts are bad
