Anyone familiar with MX-Portal for phpBB?

Is there anyone out there who is familiar with this phpBB portal addon who could do me a favour?

I would like to add/delete any number of windows like the green one already displayed here at the top of the page.

I don't have a php bone in my body and the guy who coded this has vanished.

I am more than happy to return the favour if there is something I am able to do.
