Artificial Emotion project

I am looking for at least two persons with skills in web-application/design to assist in the redesign of the following services on a relatively small scale for a personal site.

-Forums (phpBB-based)
-Live chat
-Private groups
-interactive and managerial AI
-online RPG (text-based MUD-type applications and low-graphic-intensive eGames
-personal webpages for members
-site interface

Basically, I am looking for a customized version of Yahoo, on a much smaller sale, with a roleplay orientation. I cannot offer payment at this time, nor is it a commercial venture.

Programming/Setup
-phpBB 2.2.x forums integrated via portal and other functions to the rest of the site with approximately 100 MODs added, several of which are oriented around roleplay functions, and a custom template to match the rest of the site
-Live chat/PM system emulating Yahoo Chat/ IMvironments with an integrated visual MUD system.
-User groups, permissions and other forum functions integrated into the entire site, including the RPG, with Groups funtion similar to Yahoo Groups.
-Overall AI entity interface, an "Intelligent Bot" with help, search and other system functions also integrated, including a 4th-generation interfacing/cusomizing language and artificial language syntax
-Site MMORPG (2D or - preferrably - low-polygon 3D graphics)/Sim
-Member profile pages/ clan pages with basic editor, integrated with forums, chat, and games, hybrid version of Y! profiles and geocities
-custom site interface; possibly a downloaded client or web-based application

Which parts of this, exactly, would you be able to help with - honestly, to work on yourself unless others take interest? And is there any other information you need?
