Assembly and C Developers for Open Source Project Wanted

I'm currently planning a new open source project called OS Swich. It's designed to run multiple OS at the same time, with a network interface between them.
The project itself will be a very small Operation System itself.

The user can choose between two modes: In the first mode the user is allowed to Run to or more OS at the same time or run only on OS with full resources and swich between the OS very quickly.
