Assistance needed on 80% completed public portal featuring integrated applications

Apparently I placed this earlier post in the wrong location. My aplogies!

Due to the departure of the php mysql brains behind a concept well into production and branding, I am looking for a highly proficient individual to complete the project which for the most part functions and consists of multiple integrated applications used by future users in a portal system. Requirements at this stage are expertise capable of taking over the final stages, understanding and coming to grips with the existing code and completing for our first public distribution phase. The operation is based in Vancouver British Columbia Canada but interested persons who see the vision and have the expertise to complete this last stage may work from their location.
