Basic script needed

I have been tring to find a script with no success. What I want is a sessions script that will allow users to click on a check box and that item added to the session, and at the same time I would have a list on the side of the page that would list each addition as they are added. If you help me with this, I will give you great exposure all across Canada. Nedd completed asap.

Tim
