business partnership on project

Hi,

I developed a top-featured system for affiliates management, and i'm looking for a business partner that is willing to join this project.
Product is finished from 90-95%, I need somebody who is able to invest to finish the product and (mainly) to take care of marketing and sales when it's finished.

The system was developed to run as subscription-based web service, but it can be changed also to "standalone" web program installable on server.
