I need a vb program that will listen on a directory called c:\duflat when a file is copied to that directory, do some other process that I will code later, just put in a comment or something.

I'm thinking this program will need to be an activex.exe because it just needs to live out on the server and wait for a file to be copied to the directory. I'm thinking that the program needs a timer with an interval of 30 seconds and use the Dir command to check if the directory is empty or not.

Any takers?
