Credit Card Processing

How much would one charge to set up an SSL system to gather one's credit card number and all required information for an order and then send it to a processing center such as Authorize.net? I have been asked to do this but I have no idea what the going rate is.

I did the back end for an entire site - which included CC processing for $500. Realistically, how much time will you spend on it?
