CSS + Graphics
I am looking for someone who has firm knowledge of CSS, PHP, XHTML and has a bit of free time on their hands. And will work for cheap, I dont have much money to offer, we may be able to work out some small arrangments.

I am in the process of creating a phpBB template, and I dont have much knowledge of CSS or anything of that sort.
