Exclamation faxing reports from ms access

I have ms access front end with SQL backend database. I need a VBA/VB/Access developer to do the following:

Access Query 'ABC' contains variables for a report besides the fax number. The report is generated. The next step is to send the individual records/pages of the report to the fax number associated with that particular page/record.

now if some of the faxes(pages/records) are successfully sent, it should be removed from the list automatically.

If if some of the faxes(pages/records) are not sent due to one or another reason, i want a list of those records so that snail mail is used instead.

Everything should be automatic with minimal intervention.[/B]

Interested, but have some questions about your request.

This sounds like a reasonable request provided the development and production environment has a means of generating faxes (this normally requires a fax engine with a callable API). What did you have in mind or would you like a recommendation for the fax component as part of the quote?

Winfax is not an option for several reasons.

Winfax is not an option; no API, no command line capabilities and I doubt you'll find an ISP that will host it (assuming you will be using a hosting provider rather than hosting this yourself).

Look at net based fax services. Let me know if you find something you would use. Try MDX - Broadcast Service http://www.broadfax.com/index.php?s=services&l=mdx&p=1

You'll probably be required to host your application with them; not usre you'll have to check. Once you have a fax solution you can consider your next step (integrating you application with the fax solution.
