Flash animation and website needed!

I might already have somebody for the site but I'm not sure yet-

I need somebody familiar with flash that can do decent 2D animation similar to the toonz at illwillpress.com with Foamy the squirrell. I just need a little short done, I'll supply the storyboards and do the audio recording here and a few other little things, I have done flash toons for 2D before but I just dont have time to animate them myself right now!

this is for another comic, it's not an online one though the site may have it's own seperate online strips and the toonz may become steady work. I cant afford to pay anything right now except for like free comics and autographs from some of the people in the books like "Elvira" , the future ones WILL pay

Also, anybody that knows how to use manga screentones on photoshop, I have all the screentone files and the inked line art, but I am going to start needing help doing screentones on books, I have 25 pages plus a cover due every month and I'm supposed to do all this other stuff too AND draw for a book for Image? SO like I need more help!
