Flash design - paid job

We are looking for a Flash designer to work on new interfaces for our trivia game/quiz creation software TriviaShock. The software uses a Flash 5 interface which the quizzes are taken through. A "skins" system separates the actionscript and game logic from the graphics, animations, and sounds - a small movie containing the core parts of the game loads up what is called a "skin" when the game starts. The skins are designed to be very organized and easy to modify with little or no actionscript needed at all. The framework is in place so there should be no complicated design or any major brainstorming needed, a designer should be able to go right in and change up the graphics and animations immediately.

Basically we're looking for a talented designer to create some more exciting interface graphics than are currently used in the default skins that come with the software. Again, since the framework is already in place you should be able to go right into changing up the graphics and animations, so for an experienced designer I would imagine this would only be a handful of hours of design time.
