hi, i was wondering if anybody would be able to make me a flash logo similar to http://www.media.websiteunited.com/background/logo2.jpg

but the part on the bottom id like it to move like if you seen the moons reflection in the sea...if that makes sense

id need it to be about 100(pixels high) by about 200-250 wide and using the same colours, the font is arial
i cant really pay anyone as this is my site which will end up being for uni work im uploading (when i start in september) at the moment im just uploading practice work

What do you want it to say and do you want it to have the exact look of the media text?
