Free Personal Sites for portfolio work available!!!

Hi,

So, I'm making you an offer here to help you out with your site.

It's available to pretty much anyone, but only personal sites (clubs, teams, games, chat, etc) and this is what I will do.

You can have 10Mb of free webspace with a subdomain of my main site.
You will have 50Mb of monthly bandwidth.
I will adapt and set up your site for you, with your help, using a free template available on the internet (have a look at oswd.org for example).
The only thing I require in return is; a text link back to my site (and possibly to the template designer's site if required) and permission to use your site in my portfolio.
If you donate me more than $15 via PayPal, then I will allow you to remove the text link, although the designer's link may still apply.

This is ideal for personal sites and people starting out with their first site.

I will allow you to submit your own design, and use my hosting, as long as you keep the text link (or donate).

There are a few other things you must agree too, including I cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to your website (hacks, downtime, etc, although I've never had any of these problems before!!).
I will do your site for you when I can (in my free time) and then you can add your content. I can also install phpMyChat or Invision Power Board (at no charge, but you need to administer them, or I can for a fee).

You will get 5 emails (you@subdomain.mydomain.co.uk) and FTP access along with PHP, GDLib, 1 MySQL DB (extra DB is $5 one-off).

I will only be offering up to 10 of these, so you need to ask quickly (these deals often go fast!!!).
