what program do you need to make a game?

um...

I think you need more than a program at this point to make a game. The fact that you're asking such a question sugguests to me that you need to start out doing your homework on the various programming languages avaliable before you could ever consider making a game.

To put it simply, Unreal Tournament wasn't built in a day, nor will your ability to create any game. Time to hit the books. I reccomend looking into information on programming C++ for the best results in developing a computer game.

I think it might be best if you say what system you plan on making a game for. Are you wanting this for your neopets site you are doing? if so why not buy someone for a little while to make you a skeleton site and perhaps a game.? wouldnt cost you as much as a whole site with 20+ games on it and you could go from there. neopets started out as html+php til they got enough money together.... perhaps you should do the same...

then perhaps it might be best to leave your ambitions at the door. why not LEARN. its a whole lot better than wasting our time with questions like this. perhaps it might be best if you took a few courses and aimed on getting better so that when you do reach the ripe age of 18 you can be ahead in life. by you doing this its wasting everybody's time.

Try starting at Flash Mx its easy to make games after you learn action script...btw a.s. is sorta easy to learn

BUT Flash Mx cost 300$ so i suggest you download it from kazaa or somthing lol
