Games System Question
Hey, I was wondering what exactly would I need to know and do or where could I find a game system alot like Yahoo! Games, not quite the quantity of games, but just the same system. I want people to be able to register and login, have a sorta chat room experience while playing eachother in games. Is there any free or cheap game software to do this, or will I have to create my own?

You'll be able to find plenty of scripts that deal with these things but trying to combine multiple free scripts into a cohesive site could be difficult.
Also, many of the free chat scripts are of poor quality and very slow. You'll need to know about socket servers if you're going to write your own script. Where are you getting the games from?

That is part of the question I guess you could say. I want checkers, and other multiplayer games alot like Yahoo's. I just dont know much about them and would like to get them somewhere. If I have to learn to create them myself then that is fine.
