Gaming Reviews Site, Script Needed

Hi, I am an owner of the Elacole.Com Network and we are planning to open (as suggested by the thread title) a gaming reviews site.

This is of course one snag, scripting. Now I like to think of myself as a capable webmaster but php is beyond me and I sadly don't have the time to endlessly follow tutorial after tutorial, I am after all at college.

Anyways, to the point. Below I have broken it down into three parts so nothing is missed with a rough idea of what is needed.

News
- Headlines, able to be inserted on the main page in a seperate location to where news is shown.
- Categories, PC, PS2, X-Box etc
- Category archiving, single page with category titles + 5 items of news corresponding to that cateogory to be shown underneath, clicking on cateogry title shows all.
- Categories to be different colours including the news titles.

Articles
- Index, table listing all game titles. Must have sort options i.e. title, rating, released, genre, platform, developer/publisher
- A predefined template must be setup to include sections for a picture of the game, brief description, rating given by reviewer (gameplay, visual, audio, playability, overall), plus an additional section detailing release date, developer/publisher, genre etc etc.

Poll
- Simple and easily updatable voting poll

(Obviously I may of missed something out as it is rather a detailed and complex list)

I currently have the news system and poll in place but would rather one for all instead. Keep in mind that my Network is run on dedication and not on piles of money. I wish it were money but lifes not that simple, of course we are open to quotes. We just need to stick to a 'realistic' budget.
