Geographic Map with Crystal Reports!

Hi,
I'm using Crystal Reports 8.5 Professional Edition.

I tried to highlighting cities in each country of the "Sales with geographic map" example for xtreme bikes provided with the product installation(crystal 8.5). It didn't work.

1) What I want to happen is to have the cities highlightened with their respective amounts rather than having the whole country depicted in a different colour. I want to drill down to city level. How is this possible?

2) Is it possible to show on this map any city of the world or is it only the cities already their can be shown in this map? How can I introduced a new city that is not there in the map now and show it on the map?
