Help! I need a Sr. Art Director for a gaming company

Hello. I found this site in my efforts to locate a Senior Art Director for a gaming company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I understand that recruitment might not be the focus of this site, however I'm finding very few other options for finding qualified individuals for this position. It is my hope to find an Art Director with some gaming experience to partner with my client and become one of their top three managers. This is a very senior position as the person in this role will be responsible for just about every aspect of the company's products from development to production to marketing.
