help wanted for a CMS
I am looking for someone who can work with me to create a better template system than what I am currently using (patTemplate). I want the template system to store the HTML in a DB and be customizable from the admin control panel. If you'd like more details about the template system or are interested in joining the project please contact me.

Maybe clarify your post a little. A Template System and a CMS are two entirely different things.

Sorry, I don't know the exact way to put into words what I need. I want to give my script the ability to store HTML in a db and edit that HTML via the admin center of the CMS.
