help wanted in Connecticut

We have developed a site which addresses a specific need and delivers usable contents.
The site has its own forum, banner rotation, banner pricing and statistics and customer registration utilities. We are in need of few people who have good knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Mysql, CSS1, Browsers compatibility know how, web related graphics design and English writing skills, to help with the final touch ups, launching of the site and future upgrades and releases.

The other important criterion is that the individuals should live in Connecticut or be able to commute to Connecticut, at least twice a week, for the group meetings and consultations.

The site is almost ready for the alpha test and there are no venture capitalists involved. The open positions are all equity positions, although, some could be paying positions or a combination of two.
