Helped Needed on Project...

Dear Programmers,

I have a project which requires help.

I am the owner of a college sports site which needs content. Due to lack of funds I can’t have a custom made script created in PHP. I originally wanted the script to have these functions at this URL: URL but I just graduated college and can’t afford one.

There is already a script that publishes content for webmasters which can be found at this URL: URL a guy I know has already used this script at this URL: URL

I want to create a web site that has all the teams in the SEC and ACC conferences. I want users to be able to move easily between the schools reading news updates. The URL script requires one mysql database for each install. I simply want to install multiple scripts using one database. How much would someone charge for this type of work?
