HTML/CSS Theme Develepers Needed
I'm making a PHP/MySQL CMS and I need a theme system.

I need someone to make an HTML template that can be manipulated by CSS. The HTML will be the base for the theme and the look should be changed entirely by the CSS file.

This is an open source project, so no money will be involed in any way.

Didn't you just volunteer to make a CMS for someone to buy on the "Hire a Programmer" forum. You wouldn't be asking for help on an "open source" project to sell??

no, The CMS I offered in hire a programer is one I've made in the past. This one is different, better, more functional.

The one they needed in hire a programer is one I've made already by myself
